Time to start the year off with a Bang!! Ive been outta commish for some time. Next week everything changes so i figured why not start up a food log for anyone and everyone to be a part of if they want. I will try and log daily of everything im taking in , including macros to the best of my ability.. I may through in some nutritional threads also.. Depends how crazy i feel. So to kick this off. This is a salad mainly spinach with some iceberg lettuce and kale. Carrots ,green olives, blk olives, broccoli, green peppers And buffalo flavored tuna. Some lite food..greek yogurt And orange dreamsicle - - - Updated - - - Tonight i believe we are gonna have fish and broccoli. Not sure what else.. Will find out in a bit.

I have a lot to post up.. Lol Quarantined cooking. Should be the new title. - - - Updated - - - Today we had homemade eggplant. Peeled the egg plant. Sliced in circles. Dipped into raw eggs and milk mixture. Dredged in flour with some added salt and pepper. Pan fried. Bam done. 15-30 minutes tops. These are amazing. Also have some marinated chicken breast chopped up. Steamed broccoli, and corn.
