One of the benefits to chose to compete is improved progress. Competitive bodybuilders make better progress is because they tend to make a great effort to learn as much as possible about the sport. Knowledge is power. For information about local bodybuilding, you can check with the gyms enlisted in your specific area.


Unfortunately for me, I think these contests are unfair. One of the reasons that make me think so is, these contests are divided into two phases, the prejudging and the evening show. Men do seven compulsory rounds while women do five. Do you think the rounds should be equal? Another area where there is a difference is in the men's division and women division.
