Past September 27th, the Portuguese National Federation celebrated in Torres Vedras their national championships. The Overall Winner in the Bodybuilding category was the athlete Sérgio Costa, and in Overall Bikini Fitness was the athlete Joanna Silva. The Portuguese Federation continued its activities after their participation in the European Championships in which they obtained a brilliant victory, and a gold medal in the Junior Men’s Physique category with the promising athlete Tiago Tabuaco.
