Just posted on Big Ron's channel. This was back in 2000.

Can you say HOLY SHIT?!

The first few seconds in that lighting he looks even more insane.

Coleman is a once-in-a-lifetime bodybuilder. I still favor physiques such as the ones on Sergio Oliva and Lee Haney, but The King was able to have amazing mass and it being symmetrical.

I dont know why he over diet in 2000 competing at 250-260ish he could have competed at 286lbs like 2003 if he was 330lbs and being that tight and lean in 2000

I never thought he over dieted (if this is the correct past tense & past participle?) for the 2000 Mr Olympia.

2001 was off.
2002 now this was over dieting, and small.

2000 Mr O he was slightly bigger than in 1999 and similar conditioning I would say, even if the lighting was totally different.
If I remember correctly he was 285lbs 5 weeks out from the Olympia that year.
He said it in his famous The Unbelievable DVD.

Ronnie Coleman 330lbs

Ronnie Coleman at 330lbs

Kevin has the angle advantage here, but still getting owned.

In the video it doesn't say if this was before the O or after the O in 2000.

My guess would be: he was a few weeks or months after the Olympia.

King Kamali once said that he freakiest bodybuilder he ever saw, was Ronnie Coleman in off season, when he was insanely huge, just like we can see from the video.

Edit: here's the video

He says it was the 2002 Body Rock Classic , but maybe he meant 2000, as in the video. This is the only footage I can find about the Body Rock Classic with Ronnie guest posing.

He also says Ronnie was 320-something lbs, which is pretty much accurate I would say.

Video starts at 00:33

Ummm the Olympia was always in September before the covid my guess was that the footage was shoot before the O because Ronnie would have to put 70 pounds in one month or two to get to 330lbs before 2000 ended thats why i found something weird

I get what you're saying, but for some reason to me it looks like he has that "rebound" look after a show.
