Gyms are closed so the gym habitues have no place to do the workout but home. I am not a gym goer so I am not really affected. But some friends are complaining that they have no weights to lift at home. One friend installed a bar for his chin ups that can be a substitute for lifting weight. But for those living in a condo it is a pity that they could only do push ups for a heavy workout.

Well, in the quraintine period we're forced to stay at home. Therefore we can do certain home excercises to stayt fit.

Such as:

A warmup.
A cardiovascular (aerobic) workout.
Resistance (strength-building) exercises.
Flexibility moves.
A cooldown
