what im eating:
5 am- mass gainer with about 600 cals and 125g carbs
7 am-pb sandwich with bowl of cereal- 700 or 800 cals
11 am-chicken, beef or fish with salad
3 pm - same as above
6 pm - same as 11 am
9 pm - same as 5 am
in total im eating...
im 70kg now, im looking to put on as much muscle as i can in a year.
what kind of stuff should i be eating. i want to narrow it down to a few things..
