    finally some shots from my show

    16 weeks out front & side shots @ 198 lbs

    Here are some shots from the front and side. Mind that I'm holding quiet a bit of water right now so that's the reason for my hamster look. As you can see my side poses look like shit. I need more hamstrings and overall thickness in the upper body.

    16 weeks out back shots 20 y.o.

    Can anyone give me some suggestions on how to bring up my upper back? As you can see I have trouble with it, especially noticeable in the lat spread. Right now my back routine is: lat pulldowns to the front, bentover rows, deadlifts, one arm db rows, seated cable rows.
