I have had a problem with my nerves that made extremities weak. It was so bad that I can't even do a single push up. Any tips from experts here on how to gain my arms strength back? It's just so frustrating that I can't even do a simple task and I want to improve my overall health.
Check where you're at, find your weight in lbs and check it against your weight division (which weight you are below).
