The 2025 Arnold Strongwoman Classic (ASWC) is taking place from February 28 to March 1, 2025, at the Greater Columbus Convention Center in Columbus, Ohio. This highly anticipated event, part of the Arnold Sports Festival, brings together 12 of the world’s strongest women to compete in a series of grueling strength challenges.

Defending champion Angelica Jardine returned to try to protect her title against a formidable lineup of competitors from four different countries. With six intense events testing raw power, endurance, and technique, the stakes are higher than ever.

Event 1: Elephant Bar Deadlift​

Format: Each athlete gets three attempts to lift their maximum weight using the legendary Rogue Elephant Bar, known for its flex and whip


Podium finisher at the Rogue Invitational, Lucy Underdown, is getting ready for the 2025 Arnold Strongwoman Classic. After setting the Elephant Bar Deadlift record last year, she’s aiming for another massive lift. And she succeeded!
