Okay, i do 3x10 squat with 80kg. I was thinking that i start a new program. But not now it would be too soon. I was thinking stronglifts.com websites 5x5 program.

Battle of lazyness!

Today i was attacked by state of mind called lazyness. My first reaction to workout was: "Im tired. Maybe i sit this friday front of television."

Well luckily i pushed myself to the weight room and start to workout :)

Fri:

A1 Snatch 3x5 50kg
This was pretty easy but my mind was lazy so at the beginning it felt very heavy. It's amazing how the weight start to be easy if you think it is. :)

A2 Pull-ups 3x3


B1 Deadlift 3x3
My new record!!
I did this with 135kg!! And at the last set i did 5 reps. I feel powerful :methman:

By the way, how much my maximum could be? could it be even 160kg? :hyperguy:

B2 Dips 3x3

So i am blessed that i did my workout. Now i feel supergood :)

Nice program you're running there Mr Fire. A great selection of basic compound lifts.

I do the same thing half way through a workout I'll ask my self "Dude why the fuck are you doing this? you can be chilling" then I look in the mirror and my mind goes "Nevermind"

I took the last week off. My dad recommended this kind of deadlift program before i try maximum.

DAY - 1 DAY -2 DAY - 3
Week 1
80% - 6 sets of 2 reps 80% - 6 sets of 3 reps 80% - 6 sets of 2 reps
Week 2
80% - 6 sets of 4 reps 80% - 6 sets of 2 reps 80% - 6 sets of 5 reps
Week 3
80% - 6 sets of 2 reps 80% - 6 sets of 6 reps 80% - 6 sets of 2 reps
Week 4
85% - 5 sets of 5 reps 80% - 6 sets of 2 reps 90% - 4 sets of 4 reps
Week 5
80% - 6 sets of 2 reps 95 - 3 sets of 3 reps 80% - 6 sets of 2 reps
Week 6
100% - 2 sets of 2 reps 80% - 6 sets of 3 reps 105% - Max Out Day
