What do u guys think of these supplements to use. Are they a waste of money? Have you heard of them? Have you Used them. Any info would be good. Thanks

beta alanine is the only naturally occurring beta amino acid, and is the rate-limiting precursor of carnosine, so carnosine levels are limited by the amount of available beta-alanine. Supplementation with beta-alanine has been shown to increase the concentration of carnosine in muscles, decrease fatigue in athletes and increase total muscular work done. Maybe in your whey-protein, seems like everythings in there. Not sure about the other 2 you mentioned. I postd an article about beta alanine on Mecca, search "beta alanine" in sup forum
