Top strength in my bench is ok, but not quite at my best yet. More focus on that after the deload week.

Side bends
10 x 70 lb
10 x 70 lb
10 x 70 lb
10 x 70 lb

1 liter milk + gatorade during the session + gainershake afterwards.

Training weight said 251 lb after training, which i find hard to believe. I was 244 lb bare ass naked last week, so that is just close to imposible.

Training today was ok. Im not so impressed by the super katana. It forces me out of the growe i like and i am more of a pec presser, whereass the super katana wants you to belly bench. :turborun:

What is your preferred method of deloading?
It depends on what the purpose is. This is just to give a break from the equipment in my training, so i will stay raw do a little higher in the rep range between 5-8 reps and i will probably stay below 70% of my max.

Approaching a competition, my deload schedule is very different. I will then take 2½ weeks of from heavy deadlifting in equipment, almost 2 weeks for squatting and 1½ weeks for bench.

Be aware that deloading is very individual and depending on the tune of your nerve system and conditioning, it is very likely that something else will suit you better. For example. A relative novice light lifter requires very little deload time before he is ready to go try his best.

Txs guys...im right here :)

Went skiing for a couple of days. I didnt break any bones or any bones on other people, so that is good. I trained before i went friday and did some deload training saturday and tuesday on the way back. No need for logging those uninteresting sessions though.

Excactly right Mr Z, not 100% deload, but relatively light. Starting monday i have 3 real hard weeks ahead, and then i deload for real approaching Danish nationals. The rumour is out that my worst competitor will not show for the competition, but lets see, i want to battle him :turborun:
