I closed my coc #2.5 like 2 minutes ago for the first time lol. Didn't think I was gonna close it but I did.. Gonna order #3 some time soon..

Closed my coc #2.5 again today. Damn, gotta order #3.. When i ordered #2.5 I thought i would be 5-10 mm from closing it but when I got it i was like 2-3 mm away and after a week or so i closed it.

You've improved warm up reps by 2.
Weight in all the sets have shot up by 20 lbs.+

Instead of 2x2 @ 265 you are now dominating it at 3x3
And to cool down you not knock it out at just 5 like before at now 20.

This is improvement, Great work man.

Started a diet couple a days ago.. Want to go down to around 190 lbs so I've done a lot of cardio and shit.. And I've changed my routine a little I'll do some sprint training on thursdays and saturdays and I'll start with deads on thursdays and do some easy squats and heavy squats on mondays

Comment: pretty good session but I was there with a friend so it took a little bit too long, lot's of talking... Everything done in CC, the weight is not in lbs and I dont know how heavy it is so I write down what I put the pin on.
