AAS Diaries Description:

I have worked out (mostly HIIT but weights as well) for 20 + years. Have taken months off here and there for different reasons and my weight has been 210 to 220 lbs at 6 foot 2.
Recently about 2 years ago i had a head injury and stopped working out and got up to 255 lbs. In April of this year 2024 i decided to do something about it and signed up for half iron man. All natural and dropped to 208 training 6 days a week with 4 hours of training on Sundays. I am tired of feeling and lookong skinny (atleast in my mind) so here i am. Posting before my trainimg pick at nearly my heaviest to when i compete in the race in October. Fyi i finushed a tough elevation course just under 7 hours. Over mile swim, 50+ miles on bike and 13 mile run.
