Took last week off. Went with the family on vacation to florida.(Disney) kids had a great time. 15 hr drive. Never again.....

Not getting to crazy with gear . I still have the torn labrum and impingement. I hate to waist anything especially great and proven products from PSL ! . But its time to put in the work and prove the gear is just a tool to get ya there. With out Hard work, dedication, determination and proper nutrition your just spinning your wheels. Update more in a bit. I work 11-7 tonight and 3-11 the rest of the week.

Wow, 15 hour drive with the kids, that must have been crazy! Yeah, time to recover the lost time now. :)

After this vacation I just had, i will be very active and pushing myself hard. No EXCUSES, just RESULTS!
I will be doing cardio 5 days a week. HIIT, jogging, steps and the arch trainer.
I will be doing a combination of band work, free weights, machines and bodyweighted exercises . I Will have to experiment with upper body exercises and adjust due to the injuries.

I will be carb cycling also.

Tonight i banged out 25 minutes of HIIT.
15 minutes of HIIT followed by 20 minutes if jogging. Never stopped.
Finished up a delt workout.
3 sets x 15
front/back did these as a superset.
Rear extensions i did separately 3 x 12reps.
High rows 3 x 12.

I get off at 7am. Headed right to the gym! Update from there.

Still have A lot going on with the wife and her accident. So please bear with me. She had to see the neurologist yesterday, ct scan monday. And the van has not been fixed properly, have to take this back and get a rental (AGAIN). This guys insurance still hasnt paid a thing.
Even though he went to court and was found guilty !! Go figure this out???

So banged out some chest.
Seated incline 5 sets
Pec deck 5 sets
Seated rows 5 sets
Back extensions 3 sets
Bent over rows 5 sets
30 minutes on the arch trainer. HIIT style.
I was cautious with the shoulder, still had a good pump.
Legs feel pretty good, i will be sore later. Day 1 . hitting abs now.

Once home did some
crunches

Heels to heaven
Mason twists.
Had a protein shake. Didnt get to bed until 12:30pm.
Also my sons ipad 2 mini stopped charging so i took him down to att. It has a bad port. Thankfully its under warranty. So i had to call and set up an appointment at the apple store. For saturday

Last night did some one arm shoulder press with bands.
And biceps.
Had to go very light on the bands. I was pleasantly surprised i didnt have the pinching in my bicep/forearm.
Biceps i did
In and outs
Standing one arm curls.
I tried some supination curls, with success but it had an awkward feel with the left upper forearm/bicep head.
Kept everything high rep light weight and very steady. No sudden movements or jerking.
Will hit cardio at the gym.. Its mental going to the gym and. Doing just cardio.. Ok gonna try some triceps today. Maybe legs

She is getting better. She goes to Therapy 4-5 days a week . so. Had to have to rest run this week and more monday. Will keep everyone updated.
