So intraworkout the best option is obviously Pepto-Pro as its hydrolyzed and broken down into di and tri peptides.

I personally use about 50g of a good hydrolyzed protein combined with 5-10g EAAs and 5-10g BCAAs (the BCAAs because I get them free)

I have been looking at hydrolysed protein myself, but the cost over isolate is massive! Do you notice a large difference in digestion brother?

I used to take a 50/50 mix of hydrolyzed and isolate. I don't know if it made any difference. I dropped back down to isolate only due to cost.
