Sometimes we tend to make so many resolutions during the new year and forget one of the most important things in life: our health. Our mind may be cluttered with so many things to be changed , so many plans to be made, but forget our duty to be healthy. How about coming up with a new regimen of bodily exercises that we will religiously follow till the end of this year. In boxing, if the body falls the head will follow. It only means that we have to give priority in taking care of our body.
