What if someone wants to have toned body shape without supplement ? is it possible to make a toned body without supplement? some believe without supplement its not possible to have right shape of your body, but what about those who can't afford expensive diet of supplement regularly? because it's not the matter of taking 1 or 2 supplements through out the exercise period but can be for a long time. what is the best to start with if someone is not capable to spend money on supplement or do we have some special diet plan for that? and if yes than how long does it gonna take to have toned body? need advise

Supplements are a safer option. But they may take longer to show any significant change in ones physique. On average, you may require like a year of daily supplement to realize some visible change.

Perfect diet, minimal 1 hour of exercise daily= Youll look good regardless, but obviously better with supllements obviosly a no brainer bro

Did you ever get an answer and solution to what you wanted?

Keep us updated. I think talking to a doctor, gym instructor and nutritionist will help get you where you want and in the shape you want.

But many times, it's not easy to change the shape of a body if you are already fully grown.

You may achieve this aim by exercising and boosting your protein intake. It is feasible to gain muscle mass without the use of supplements.

While it is a fact that supplements are expensive and all cannot afford them foods that are required to be taken on a daily basis are not always available and with artificial fertilizers and pesticides the food that one gets may not be healthy at all. I therefore feel one should have a budget for supplements.
