Sup my names Bryant i'm 19 year olds i'm 5'6 158 lbs. I'v been lifting since May 1st 2007 and have came along way thanks to my best friend Brandon. My max on bench was 155 and now its up to 210 my goal is to have 225 by the end of the summer. . We had a killer Chest and Triceps workout today barbell incline 4 sets, db bench 5 sets, close grip bench 3X8, cable decline flies 3X10,Dips with a chain 3 Sets, Tricep kickbacks 3X10 superset with Tricep pushdowns 3X15 . My triceps felt dead at the end of the workout. Really good workout Brandon picked out.
