Well if you have a set out map for what you will do that day it will be good to rest about an extra 30 secs or w/e is required to fufill the reps.

And since you are young and I was once in your shoes I'll tell you this, If you are seriously considering bodybuilding or weightlifting oriented sport, Don't ever quit keep at lifting and the dieting, I stopped when I was 18 and didn't start again till i was 21 and looking back at it now it makes the top five biggest regrets of my life.

Other than that nice weight ya got going there for your body weight and keep up on nutrition im working on that now.

not hot today at all. quads day with a calve injury (i know :ugh:)

i hit my last set but since i couldnt rep it like normal, i made it into a triple drop set.

basically it went

backsquats
135x10 warmup
205x8 easy
255x8 not bad
285x3 WTF?!
dropped to 205 for another 8
and again triple drop set back to 135 for a quick 7 reps

what a piss off
then machine one legged leg presses
3 sets each hitting 190 or so on the last set all for minimum 8 reps

leg ext 3 sets with full contraction then i went home..:disgust:

good thing is, back day tomorrow depending on how i feel. :wutyousay:

Nice.... about the kind lady see was trying to get a view of the goods.

Good on the leg workout failure meant you were working, you get it every time you're doing something wrong.

I ripped my fave pair of trackpants doing squats too. Luckily my underpants held strong.

shoulders and tris ( with a little foam rolling at the end)

first time back from DBs into BB for seated military

warm up

seated military (tried to go all reps below chin for depth and stretch, i found the stretch to really hit my front delts hard)
135 x 10
135x8
155x8
115x5 drop to bar alone for a looonggg burn out set couldnt raise my arms after that :D

this was superseted with seated db raise i used 25s all the time so just add a set inbetween the previous exercise

went to cables and did some rear delt work, 10 to 12 reps 3 sets heavy as 45 i think
then front delt raises DB, diff variations to cool down couple sets for that

tris-
decline skull crushers
bar plus 25's for 12 and some close grip presses
bar plus 35's for 10 close grip presses
bar plus 25 again for 10

at this point my tris were fried for some reason from the delt work but still had some juice in the tank so i just did this as a finisher

superset lying db ext w/ supination and one armed reverse grip cable ext
15 DB 'x all the sets
cable work went from (poundage) 35 to 45 to 50

then foam rolled :D
