Eddie Hall, who once held the title of the World's Strongest Man, recently announced that his new objective is to compete on stage in bodybuilding. This comes after he was successful in his attempts to become the World's Strongest Man and also had a short career in the world of boxing. We are in luck since he is chronicling his trip, which will allow us to replicate his routines and train in the same manner as the strongman himself. If we can maintain this pace, that is.
In Hall's most recent exercise, he and his son Max put on a show by demonstrating a bodybuilding back session that would have been suitable for Mr. Olympia. Before beginning the exercise, he gave an introduction in which he said, "the goal is to do a complete deadlift and back workout in under one hour." A challenging endeavor, particularly considering that you begin with deadlifts and go fairly swiftly from one exercise to the next over the whole session. You don't need to look any further if you aim to increase your muscle growth and you have an hour to spend.
