Eddie Hall is no stranger to big fights—whether it’s lifting record-breaking weights, throwing hands in the ring, or bodyslamming influencers into the ground. But now, he’s eyeing a truly monstrous challenge: stepping into the cage with Mariusz Pudzianowski, the Polish powerhouse who has been flattening opponents in MMA since 2009.

Hall isn’t exactly walking into this one with blind confidence. He openly admits that Pudzianowski is terrifying, and not in a "he stole my lunch money" kind of way—more in a "he might rearrange my facial structure permanently" kind of way.

“If you’d have asked me that six months, a year ago, I would have said Mariusz Pudzianowski, and I probably would still say now. He’s f***ed up some good fighters,” Hall said. And let’s be real, if a guy who has deadlifted 500kg is nervous, you know the other guy must be built like a Marvel villain.

The biggest concern? Pudzianowski’s gas tank. Hall respects the guy’s ability to throw absolute haymakers for what feels like forever. “He’s just got this engine that can give and give and give,” Hall admitted. “You watch him, he throws one shot, takes a big breath, and then it’s just like bam bam bam. He can throw shots as hard as you can f***ing imagine for two minutes straight.”

So, while Hall might be interested, he’s also well aware that Pudzianowski isn’t just some gym bro who thinks he can fight. He’s a legit MMA monster who’s been putting people to sleep for over a decade.

The Hafthor Bjornsson Rivalry: Round Two… in the Streets?

Then there’s the other elephant in the room—Hafthor Bjornsson. These two giants already squared off in a boxing match back in 2022, with Thor taking the win by decision. But Hall? He’s not exactly looking for a rematch under the Queensberry Rules.

Instead, he’s made it clear that if he’s ever going to throw down with Bjornsson again, it won’t be in a ring—it’ll be on the street, no gloves, no referees, no fancy weigh-ins. Just two former strongmen settling old scores like it’s a scene from Rocky meets World’s Strongest Man.

Why the sudden switch to street justice? Hall has no interest in running back a professional fight with Bjornsson, largely because he doesn’t want to deal with him on a business level. That, and maybe because he’d rather settle it in a way where he doesn’t have to worry about judges and rulebooks.

Will it happen? Who knows. But if it does, someone better have a camera rolling, because a street fight between two literal giants would be something straight out of a mythological legend.

Until then, Hall’s keeping his options open, but one thing’s for sure—whether it’s in a cage, a ring, or a parking lot, he’s always up for a fight.
