I just started some igf1 l3 at 40 MCG today been on mk-677 at 20 mg .after a 20 week cycle I ended up with achy ankles and my forearms are achy by the elbows on the top sides.so I decided to up my enhancmeant game.going to run this until I run out of cash,
lmao.

I am also going to throw in 8 weeks of lgd-4033 and maybe some clean blast.

But today I want to say on day one I feel it.I sweated like I was on tren accept I had great energy.not sure if its in my head or its that fast acting.

So I feel slow heeling in my for arm ,more energy bit no vascularity yet but its only day 5-6.

Wow!!!$trength is up pumps today were unreal!!!I'm up 8 pounds I weighed my self last week at 230 today 238.5.the only thing I see no veins yet but I did chest and my tries and chest were exploding out!!!!love this igf1 L3!!!!!

Alright I have been holding off on bicep training until the igf did its thing and I feel about 97%.
My big bro mountain man suggested I do 21 z.and what a great arm day.I had great pumps and feel big and powerful.my arms feel like they weight 50 pounds each.
I have stopped the mk-677 for 4 weeks then jumping on it 25 mg and Ltd 10 mg if 1 50 MCG up to my cycle then dropping the Ltd and flowing Thr HGH like PEPs I to my next cycle.

Just added mk-677 20 mg again and lgd 10 mg and 8 grams of creatine.see what happens in a week I am still at 50 MCG igf1.
My arm is about 98% healed now I get a ache or two a day and stretch it out.

Ever sense I added the lgd-4033 I have had the most solid numb boners.its weird I will be in a store and my wife will say babe u have a huge boner I will look down and sure enough aiming shit at the sky lmao<br />
Besides that I already see filling in and feel stronger I'm off my nolva and clomid and feel 100%

So far I have used superior and apex igf1 L3.and both were good now I'm gonna try muscle chemistry igf1 L3.and then I'm gonna try kraton syndicate and I will give my feedback on who is the king.

Ok so I blasted it and got into some shoulders its hot over here so I sweated my face off.got a great pump.I will give it 7 days before I start giving g any real feedback on the latest igf1 L3.but the Mk and lgd are giving me a nice bloat.might add some HGH fragment next week.need to read on it before stabbing my self.

Killed arms today some incline French curls and inclined e dumbbell hammer curls ,some close grip curls and regular French curls then some over the head dumbbell triceps and some off the knee concentration curls and of course some for arms .great pump and energy.

Grinded leggs today 5 sets leg curls ,5 sets recerse legg curls and 5 sets pf squats and i am soaked like i jumped in a pool and i did calfs like donkey raise and sitting raises.limping wet dude hahahaha

Ok hit arms saturday and chest today noticed more strength and adding size on areas that are hard to get to grow so im happy as hell with the results.

Felt a big strength boost in my wide grip lat pulldowns today but everything else felt the same.im on drywall at work so its hard to train beastly.im pushing 4 board carts with 15 sheets each so i am lifting for 8 hours of cardio or just sweat mission.i still manage to train but its not the same as when im framing.

I enjoy going to my loal GNC store or Vitamin Shoppe for some of this. This is not too terribly bad when used well. Everything in moderation can be useful.......
