you aren't very smart.
He was fired by the way.
He got fired over it, I think that right there shows what he did was completely out of line. Give up on your "he didn't do anything wrong" arguement. You will fail.
yes because the americans think " kids are holy " never touch a kid..
you know what german parents would do with him at home? take the belt off and slap some on his ass.. thats how we do it..
This isn't Germany, and we dont believe "kids are holy", we do not believe in excessive force. The kid was not resisting physically, he was not running away. The cop had no right to lay a hand on him, he should have been fired and sued. Him getting pissed because he is called dude and man is rediculous. In this day in age those are common words used and not meant as disrespect.
police officers aren't parents.
have you ever been pulled over for speeding? there are "Speed Limit" signs everywhere! so, clearly the police have the right to take your car from you....right? maybe pull you out of your car and throw you to the ground? verbally assault you when you question them? threaten to smack you if you don't call him "sir"?yes he had the right! he wanted the skateboard and the kid was refusing to give him the skateboard! you've ever bin in baltimore at this place? there are no skating signs everywhere.. you could also hear the skateboard rolling when the officer talked.. so the officer tried to take his board away and he refused. he took him on the ground what is not against the law and sait sit down.. the kid tries to stand up and the officer took him down once again..
so whats your god damn problem with that? there is nothing what is against the law.. absolutely nothing
he didn't hit the kid
