Is there anything else to eat besides chicken and rice for maximum gains? or is that kinda it?

There is so much more that you can eat.
Lean Beef
Fish
Nuts
Legumes
Turkey
Potatoes
These are just a few. You really just need clean calories and balanced macros.

Consider incorporating lean meats like turkey or beef for a different protein profile and taste. Fish like salmon or tilapia are excellent choices too, providing essential omega-3 fatty acids.

Chicken and rice is my go to though but there’s a thread here with a bunch of meals.

no, in theory there would be more but it depends on the type of result you want to achieve and above all whether you replenish with which supplements

Mix it up with lean meats like turkey or fish, and add in some veggies and whole grains. Sweet potatoes, quinoa, and beans can boost your nutrient intake. Greek yogurt, nuts, and eggs are great too.
