so ive jus joined here yesterday so i thought id post how i trained tonight ... enjoy... ps my calf raises are pathetic.. i know!

flat bench bb (smith machine)
40 kg x 15

dips (no weight)

was an ok workout , would of liked to do flat bench with out smith machine but didnt have a spot so couldnt of gone as heavy, maybe next week...
