so ive jus joined here yesterday so i thought id post how i trained tonight ... enjoy... ps my calf raises are pathetic.. i know!:umwtf:

incline bench db

12.5 kg x 15
25 kg x 12
27.5 kg x 10
30 kg x 10
30 kg x 8


flat bench bb (smith machine)

40 kg x 15
60 kg x 12
70 kg x 10
80 kg x 5


pec dec

40lb x 20
50lb x 15
55lb x 10
65lb x 8

dips (no weight)

x 20
x 12
x 8



was an ok workout , would of liked to do flat bench with out smith machine but didnt have a spot so couldnt of gone as heavy, maybe next week...
