Reza Rezamand is a seasoned IFBB Pro who began his bodybuilding journey in 2012 and has since competed in over 72 shows worldwide. In 2015, he won the UKBFF/IFBB UK Muscle Championship in London before the federation split. His career highlights include top placings in Mr. Olympia Portugal, IFBB Muscle Consent Austria, and a 3rd place finish at the 2023 Masters Olympia in Rome.
In 2019, Reza faced a major setback with a serious ACL/MCL injury, forcing him off stage. But after years of recovery, he's made an inspiring return—climbing the ranks again with recent podium finishes and an unwavering drive to reach the top once more.
