i have alot more of her but not of me never really take pics of myself she has alot from her shoots--im horrible with putting pics on these boards because it keeps saying to put in a website so guess im an idiot- im bigger then in that pic right now im 250 about 12 percent bf want to compete but need to learn alot more about the competeing scene and pses and everything dieting really isnt a problem

Well, there are 2 ways to do it.

1) Save the pics to your computer, then click the paper clip thing when you make a new post. Then hit browse and choose the pics from the folder where you saved them. You then hit upload and close that little window. Then you go to the white space where you can type, click the arrow next to paper clip, and choose which pics to add.

OR

2) Choose an image hosting site (photobucket, imageshack, imagevenue, etc.), upload your pics from your computer onto that site, then paste the link they give you here.
