what's up guys I haven't been around for over 2 years because of several things one of them being a cornea transplant I had to have and I'm still recovering from I was able to start training again about 5 or 6 months ago I guess maybe longer than that. I'm still not back at full force well yeah I have been now for a couple of weeks but not for long. anyway on Saturday I am going to start a cycle including the oral tren. I have 100.25 MCG Dragon Pharma tabs and I'm going to take .5 a day.
I've searched and searched and searched on the internet for good information about this drug and there is none all I can find is is information but usually it's conflicting information no definite information there's really been no studies done not enough people have used it to give feedback when I ask questions on boards a lot of people answer by what happens when they injectable they take the injectable and from what I can gather the affection the world are different. so I decided to screw it just started Saturday log it any side effects any bad effects I have you know I'll put on there any good effects I have I put on there and that way everybody will know if they want to try this stuff or not if it's worth it or not the side effects are too harsh or not so I'm going to be the guinea pig.
along with that I'm also going to include in it's only going to be 6 weeks this run but I'm also going to include

NOVELDEX 10 MGS DAY.
I'VE BEEN USING DIANA BALL AND ANADRIL FOR 6 WEEKS ALONG WITH THE OTHER THINGS I JUST LISTED I'M DRY DROPPED THAT LAST SATURDAY AND I'M GOING TO PUT IN THE TREND THIS SATURDAY THAT'S WHY IT'S ONLY FOR 6 WEEKS IS A TOTAL 12 WEEK RUN.
ON SUNDAY I'M GOING TO WEIGH MYSELF WHEN I FIRST GET UP BUT MY BODY FAT'S ALWAYS LOW IT'S AROUND 7% SO I COULD ACTUALLY USE MY WEIGHT AS A DECENT GAUGE FOR HOW I'M DOING CUZ MY FLUID DOESN'T FLUCTUATE MUCH BECAUSE I'M SO MEAN I DON'T HOLD A LOT OF WATER. LAST TIME I WEIGHED MYSELF I WAS 176 I'M ABOUT 5 FT 6 BUT I LOOK PRETTY GOOD AT 176 BECAUSE I'M SO DAMN LEAN ALL THE TIME. MY GOAL IS TO GET UP TO ABOUT 185 AND HOPEFULLY SOMETIME GET BACK IN THE 190S LIKE I USED TO BE BUT ALL IN TIME. MY GOAL WITH THE TREN TABS IS THE BREAK 180 HOPEFULLY IN 6 WEEKS SO MY DIET IS GOING TO BE AS FOLLOWING

250 PROTEIN SOME GOOD FATS. I ALWAYS EAT CLEAN I CAN'T REMEMBER THE LAST TIME I BOUGHT POTATO CHIPS OR ANYTHING LIKE IT I'VE BEEN BODYBUILDING FOR 31 YEARS SO I'VE BEEN DOING THIS SO LONG I DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT BUYING JUNK FOOD IT'S JUST A HABIT I MEAN I DON'T TRY TO EAT CLEAN I JUST DO. I just turned 50 years old and like I said I've been doing this a long time you can't train the way you trained in your twenties when you turn 50 or in your late 40s I just listen to my body days I feel good I bust out in the gym I mean I have no set amount of sets or reps I'm going to do I may intend on doing four sets of dumbbell fly say for shoulders and end up doing nine or I may expect to do six reps of something and end up doing 12 or I think I'm doing 12 and end up doing sex or it could be the other way around I couldn't if I don't feel good I'll do less but I always try to get the most out of however I feel but it's so day to day at this age I try to do my best but it's hard sometimes. especially with my vision problems I got to work out very early in the morning because later on I didn't send to get nauseous until this is going to heal it's going to take like another 4 months. I'll post the last picture that I took which was yesterday I think. just so I could you know when I post another one in 3 weeks or 4 weeks on the trend you know I could tell if you know everybody could tell if there's any difference. yeah I took a picture yesterday I'll post that one.
I'm doing this pretty much to help others because I couldn't find anything about this drug and not just to help others with the specific drug but to help others and whatever cycle they're going to do how they eat how they train I competed in numerous contests I was in five national level NPC contest finish second at the junior USA I finished third at the junior USA I finished second at the junior Nationals finish 6th USA and 7th at the USA then I retired because I was in law school at the end so I had a little bit of a career as an attorney which I retired from last year.
I always do say anybody needs any help with anything I see people asking questions about what they should eat or what they should buy at GNC and this and that all you got to do is PM me I mean I started out a time and gym in New Jersey I don't know if anybody knows anything about Diamond Jim but it's like gold Venice East Coast they might have put out more pros than gold's Venice actually. when I first started going there at 16 I mean I'd be in there at 6:00 at night and Rich gaspari being there Vinny galante, Jason arnes was the same age as me I known him since I was 16, his training partners name is Bo Matlock and he would have been Mr Olympia 10 times over if he didn't have health problems, I mean the place was just packed Carla Dunlap I mean I could go on and on like that pros and top amateurs I've never seen a place like that since. but I did my first contest while I was training there at 18 and the only reason I did well in that contest was I was I was training with a guy named John trotty who just play 7th in the Nationals as a light heavyweight he told me what to do I did exactly what he said and I went and did the contest I mean none of it was me so I had some good help so I like to give back I mean he didn't charge me anything and he took so much time with me that's why I would never charge anybody for anything bodybuilding related because people help me when I was younger and they never charged me anything it was just how things were done then. anyway so what I'm saying is if you have any questions about nutrition about training anything most likely I can answer them drugs and I'm not going to charge you shit for answering them.
