major pain in right arm

i got this major bad pain in my right arm
somewhere were the shoulder is
i think it might've been created when i fucked up
on the 80lb DB presses, my brother made me laugh
so i kinda dropped them oddly, i guess i didn't notice the pain or something but it hurts, like a mother fo.
and to make things worse my left arm has been messed up for years..

what should i do? see a dr.? take some meds?...

Option #1, rest it for a while.

If it persists, then maybe see a doctor (though most GP's dont know shit, you should try and see a physiatrist)

rest it for a week than see a doctor if it still hurts. cuz you dont wanna see someone than says rest it, now give me 300 dollars for your visit

Yea true that Beef, im gonna be doing cardio n abs though
not much intensity, just to stay somewhat active :)

definently see a doctor if it persists. you dont want it to trigger something serious such as a dislocation or a tear. always be careful when training though, I just tell me training partners to keep the jokes to themselves until resting periods.
