3)Hello Milos, I was wondering how you would go about "rebound dieting" I know in many of your interviews you have said the best time to pack on muscle is just after recomposition phase, also when you say in your YouTube videos that the guys you train have had no carbs does that include the fast release carbs during the anabolic phase, if so could you run through your plan when it comes to no carbs, for how many days this lasts as well as how many days you will add carbs back in & the quantity asked by DeanY
