My strength is slowly comming back now and it's pretty sweet to lift some what heavy again.

Didn't have much time today so we more or less just kept it at squatting.

I've been over 90kg again for some time, I already weighed 92kg 6 days after the show.

Mvsf1--> I do deads blindfolded with both hands tied behind my back while I stand on 1 leg.

Philo--> I <3 bulking. My old PB in deads was over a year old so I though it was about time to do something about. Don't think I've deadliftet since March actually.
