or maybe trying some other intensity methods, drop sets, super drop sets, superset, going down-the-rack, etc. etc.

A couple of great session there JB. 1260kg on your first tri exercise is hardcore! :)
But 100 reps of dips at the end of a session really is good going!

Yeah it always surprises me when you add up all the numbers.

All though not the best session I've had in a while.

man your bench is very impressive. Man you did so much, excellent weight on everything and as Rocky mentioned those 100 dips at the end are just madness, superb job man, this log is always nothing short of spectacular man, great job

I still suck at benchpressing since I have trouble of "hitting" the pecs. My delts and tri's do most of the work all thoug I'm getting better at it.

thanx but bench is almost the excercise I find hardest to perform correct. but hey.. practice makes perfect.

Your respiratory system will give out well before your legs do.

Non lockouts is gay on other excersizes aswell though.

Those wheels of yours are incredible JB! Damn, there's soooo much hard grafting gone into those. The rest is shaping real nice too. And with workouts like those i've just caught up with, looks like your doing everything right.
