I would prefer the vegan one since it is more healthier. But the beef one has more proteins compared to the vegan one. So it depends with your needs.

Am a big fan of whey, but if you aren't comfortable with Milk or dairy products would suggest you try Proteins based on Soybeans. They are very light and easy to digest compared to beef proteins and other protein sources.
