This log has been a long time coming.
This year has been rough to say the least. I havent done a whole lot in the last few months. Without to much detail. Pretty much lost my house, and my wife, (work in progress). Kinda depressed, My Daughter broke her wrist, i was pretty sick due to,my asthma. I was put on all,kinds of meds.. and blew up fast. 20-25lbs in a few weeks .

So back to recomping .16-20weeks

1-4 sd 20-30 mg ed or 20 mg for 5weeks
1-6 Test e/eq blend 400/400

Today i had a great pump. Outer lats are sore as hell right as they touch delts. Arms are pumped as well as forearms. Im feeling small , we will,be kicking up cardio to the max come monday .. kids are demanding my time, and dont want to disappoint them with all,we have gone threw so far.*
Update more in a bit, giving my 5yr old. A bath. Life of a parent....

Feeling good, definitely gonna be sore tomorrow. Getting ready to hit abs!
Update in a bit. I will,hit the gym early since its easter. Gonna get in some serious cardio, and hit some triceps!
I normally dont do two body parts of pull or push exercises in the same day. Normally , 1 body part is push ,1 body part is push. Havent worked out with my brother in years. He is looking good about 219lbs. So ,i feel i have to really rise above this.time. cant let my baby bro surpass me

Yesterday was a bit of fun and family. A little bit of grieving. My fathers youngest brother.passed away. So, this is the third one he had to,bury. Today.is a little tough getting on, just because it is so much going on. My uncle is was layed out today only, buried tomorrow. So i apologize for not being on the site as much as i should be , or as busy! Just for today and tomorrow. He was 59 , liver cancer.
I will be back this evening. I do,have some updates

Guys it's been a bad week. Heads up on lgi support supp . damage control. Been sick for days thought it was the flu. Figured out it is damage control .
I wanna give everyone a heads up about this product.*
For anyone who doesn't know, this is an all in one support supplement. The last few days I've been sick. the first day I thought I might have had the flu ,shaking real bad, sweating profusely, freezing , then hot, head felt funny, cloudy, head hurt, my eyes would get blood red! Later would feel sick to,my stomach. And throw up .a few times...*
The next day I was feeling better. Was going out to eat . Before I left i took lgi damage control ! About an hour later , I had just gotten to,the restaurant and was freezing, goose bumps covered my whole body. Was on a date with the wife and my kids, when she said my eyes were blood red.she couldn't look at me anymore. I was shaking so bad I couldn't fucking eat, and i was freezing .sweat pouring from everywhere. so i apologized to her and asked if she didn't mind I was gonna wait in the car.*
I new damage control was the only thing i took. Now i said I would not take it again. I looked like the walking dead. Seriously.*
Well just to be certain, tonight I took only 2 caps lgi Damage control. And logged it in the psl section in my log. I didnt take anything else.. about 50 minutes later I was freezing .*

I've used this many times in the past. It has been a staple in my logs. But not anymore. I cannot chance this type of shit happening to,me . So this is a heads up , please be careful. If you purchased this from lockoutsupplements.or another site. Check your batch # this is some bad shit.

Tonight I will,get in 2-3 jogs/HIIT 20-30 minutes a pop.
Gonna hit some delts and shoulders. Gym time is about 8am.
After I get my son to work. Time to get moving.

Thank you, im just glad I figured it out. Hopefully this gets addressed before more people become very sick.

Scary stuff on the normal stuff that you take you end up with a bad batch!

I know right, what are the odds. This is why new people should start off basic, if they don't know how there body normally reacts to basic supps, let alone steroids, how will,they determine the cause. The same with any side effects. Hope this helps someone.

Last night I did 2 -jog/HIIT sessions. 25-35 minutes each.
I performed some delt work

Front/side/ superset delts
15/15 15/15 15/15 12/12

Rear delts
4× 12 -15

Alt shoulder press one arm

4 x 12 each.

Upright rows
4 sets 12-15

Bent over One arm rows
4 x12

Got off of work in the morning , rushed to get my son to work.
Left my shoes at my work ,still had on my steel toe boots. Didn't go to the gym.

Did some Abwork before bed

Opened leg cross over sit ups x 50
Crunches knees in the air. 50
V-ups x 30
Heels to heaven x 50
Mason twists x 25
Repeat
Had 2 tbsp pb. 12 oz 1%milk
Very restless , still feeling drained. In bed most of the day.

Tonight I' had to work 7p-7am. So, I've done 2 jog/HIIT. 30 MINUTES,AND 40MINUTES.

So far today this is what I did.
Jogged 2 x total 1 hour 8 min

Took 1-1/2 scoops pump juice extreme
Energy was pretty insane.
I performed supersets for nearly everything.

Started off more delt work,
Front/side raises/rear
15/15/20 , x 3 sets

Alt Bicep curls pointing out to the side.
4 x 12-15
Triceps kickbacks 4 x 10-15
Superset repeat

Alt Supination curls
4 x 12
Dips 4 x 20-30reps

Preacher curl/variation
4 x 10-15
Reverse kickbacks 4 x 12

Hammer curls
4 x 15
Oh triceps ext
4 x 10-15

Reverse curls

Diamond push-ups
3 x 15

Wristcurls/reverse wrist curls

Done.....

Wow, I had one hell,of a pump. Started cramping before forearms. Feel pretty dam good. Pump juice extreme really gave me some extra energy..
Just had one protein drink 25gr protein, 1 banana, and 4 oz apple sauce

After work I hit the gym. About 40mins. Still feeling pretty wired.
So I exhausted triceps

Started off with incline 5 sets.

I did these very fast, maybe 30 seconds between sets. And my triceps had been hit a few hrs before.

160 x 12. I was pretty fatigued, last 3 reps were a struggle.

450 x 8, drop set. Strip off a plate , each side rep til failure, drop,

Today I ve done HIIT for 35 minutes so far. Also, a variety of push-ups, squats, and lunges. Update as we go. Tonight is chest/back
