Pro bodybuilder Regan Grimes took his followers along for the ride as he traveled across the globe from Las Vegas to Seoul, South Korea—and let’s just say, this wasn’t your average fitness trip. From long-haul flights to luxury lounges and precision-packed meals, Regan's prep life doesn’t pause just because he’s crossing time zones.

The journey kicked off at the Las Vegas airport, where Regan and his travel partner Matt hit the American Express Lounge. While most people would dive face-first into the steak and pasta buffet, Regan stuck to his plan—pulling out pre-packed meals and staying dialed in. After delays and a longer-than-expected layover, they flew to San Francisco, grabbed another lounge bite, and finally boarded the 12-hour business class flight to Seoul.

Once on board, Regan made full use of the lay-flat seat, passing out for nearly 85% of the flight and waking up just in time to fill out arrival and health forms. Landing at 4 a.m. local time, they were greeted by their host and took a long drive into the city. After what felt like time travel (they left Vegas Wednesday night and arrived in Seoul early Friday), they made it to the hotel.

The room? Spacious and modern. The view? Seoul’s massive skyline. Regan unpacked and stayed on track with his nutrition immediately. He brought a few meals from home and was provided with four prepped meals a day from a local Korean meal service. That’s seven meals daily, clocking in at around 5,200 calories—with zero cardio assigned yet. He’s curious when, or if, his coach Stefan will bring it in. Until then, it’s all about training hard and eating right.

After breakfast and a coffee with the tech team, who headed to the expo early, Regan explored the hotel’s insane gym and wellness facilities. We’re talking a rooftop-level health spa, complete with putting greens, shoe shines, golf simulators, pools, and walking tracks. The man just wanted a hot soak, not laps, but still—luxury level: elite.

He continued hitting meals like clockwork. Meal 3 was steak, rice, and veggies from Gym Kitchen Korea. Meal 4? Chicken, rice, coconut oil, and a banana—eaten outside the hotel while chatting about some drama involving Sam Sulek. Regan shared his frustration with people criticizing Sam’s vlogs and content, calling out the nonsense of making negative assumptions about someone’s life and intentions. It’s simple: if someone’s out there putting in the work and staying in their own lane, they deserve respect, not cheap shots.

After that, it was time to hit the gym. Regan got in a solid back session and finished it off with a wild cryotherapy treatment—freezing cold air blasting him to reduce inflammation. Then he wrapped up with a quirky gym photo booth moment (because why not?), snapping pictures with the crew to memorialize the start of his Korean adventure.

This trip may be for an expo, but Regan’s treating every day like a mission. Training hard, eating like a pro, and soaking in the experience—all while keeping his prep tight and his attitude even tighter. He’s not just showing us a bodybuilding lifestyle; he’s showing us what discipline looks like, even 5,000 miles from home.
