What a loss. John always seemed so healthy but he died in his sleep at 49 years old.

John Meadows, was also known as “Mountain Dog”. John was born on 11 April, 1972. 49 is way too young. He has kids.

It's so sad. I feel so bad for his kids and family. It just goes to show any one of us can die at any time. Enjoy life and love your family every day.

John did have a couple heart attacks in the past and he had some kind of blood clotting disorder.
