Pv after the deadlift attempt my knee got worse, monday I'll do a magnetic ressonance and see what's wrong.

Friday:

Bench press
6x2@96kg

Triceps pressdown
3x12

And some calves.
Did only 2 bench sessions this week as I was feeling my chest and shoulder sore all the time.

3@108kg - my training partner point me out that I wasn't breathing in the entire set, and I wasn't hehe, that's why the first 2 reps were so easy and the third was a grind. I had so many things to do this day and was not concentrated in training. Besides that bench is going very well.

Laterals

3x10@heavy

Tuesday:

Stiff - deload
3x10@70kg

Then some isometric barbell hold with 170kg, calves and neck.

As the doctor said it seems my knee have bursitis, not a major problem, but a major pain in the ass, only time to heal.

Incline bb press

Calves, 10 sets, high reps, light weight, then some streches, then some bla bla bla, whey, slice of bread and a banana. Maybe a shower now.

Can't wait for the O tomorrow!!!!!!!!!!

5 days ago I had my diagnose: partial rupture patellar tendon.
That's why the doc said it was nothing and I push him to get an MRI...mother****er.

I started conservative treatment yesterday (physio). If it doesn't fix it: surgery.

I keep training my upper body, not so motivated, but, still...

It's been hard...which conforts me it is know that one day I'll train again.

Been training my upper body heavy, specially back and wrist, trying to catch up my best bench mark. Also, giving trouble to some heavier guys at armwrestling.

Regarding the tendon, I went to a good doc and he sad it will take 6 months to a year to the tendon be 100%.

Some PBs this week:

Pullup: me + 50kg for 4 reps
Db row: 72kg for 5 reps

Thats it.

Got a power rack and a bench, no more gyms!

Been training...pushups, pullups, arms. Next week I'll start a decent upper body training. Knee stiiiiil healing, lightly better...

Just waiting my supplements to come and increase speed recovery...

Maybe a 1RM pullup tomorrow :D
