i think Ronnie has at least 3 bests, which is a remarkable feat, however for me me favorite has always been 99.
the fact that alot of good proffessional bodybuilders came into that show in thier absolute competitively best condition ever makes Ronnie's 99 win even more remarkable and special.

He was awesome in 99 and in 03. But his "physiques" arent even close to each other. Ronnie wasn't a mass monster in 99, but no were near small. I would say 99 was ronnies best of these two even though he was about 40lbs heavier 03.

to say ronnie was at his best in 03' is lying. The 98'-99' Ronnie portrayed a physique that could easily still compete against today's standards of bodybuilding. Granted his conditioning on such a heavily massed frame was at its peak for a pro that big, you can't deny that the streamline aesthetics in 99 were some of the most impressive you've seen. I'd take 98'-99' ronnie anyday over 03'. Still the king in my book.
