One kind of training for mixed martial arts fighters is the simul sparring with 2 other fighters. That is a difficult training since the 2 fighters can surely hit you and the only way to prevent that is to attack both of them incessantly. But the intention is the skill and not really the brawn which means the sparring does not require hard hitting and mostly the hits are controlled so there would be no injury and no fighter would be hurt.
