The KM out of action

I just heard that Kev aka The KM has had surgery after a training accident.

He had surgery on Monday after nearly severing the end of his finger. Doubt he'll be typing anytime soon.

He was DB benching and dropped the weight at the end of the set. Unfortunately someone had left some DB's laying around on the floor and he got his finger trapped between the 90lbers he was lifting and the ones on the floor. Essentially his finger was hanging on by a thread and he got an ambulance ride to hospital.

I think we all wish him a successful and speedy recovery so he can get back to training.

i've never had that happen to me but i've always been leary about it. i always make sure to clear the area of any remaining DB's before starting
