I dont think ronnie syntholed his delts. They changed shape a lot during his posing, while he was relaxed they didnt look very impressibe until he flexed. When someone synthols it looks swollen and pops out at all times.

Capt Salama is an awesome athlete, my man Phil was in kuwait yesterday at oxygen gym competition,phil was looking good swollen like anything i think my man replaced his forearms with calves they wer so big i am not able to post pics on the forum because of some forum rules or i would have posted pics of GIFT right away ,Sorry for that folks Salama was with heath out ter?
