Hey guys, lately I've been doing lots of dumbbell pullovers in order to open up my ribcage more. For so far it's been working decently.
Last week I got the idea to do vacuums while pulling my ribs apart with my hands. So I basically sit down in a position where I can get the deepest vacuum (getting my belly as close to my hips as possible), while pulling my ribs apart.
Does anyone have experience with doing this? What are is your opinion on this?
I haven't found any people doing these yet but think they can be quite beneficial. I can feel it pretty on the place where my ribs attach to my sternum.
