Anything from hip hop, old school to new school (guys like NF, Hopsin), progressive house music and of course metal.

For me it seems like metalcore brings out my aggression in the gym and works for me when lifting heavier and when working the heavy bag. Electronic hypes me up and is great for most HIIT and cardio. I use soundscape music when doing yoga and find it very relaxing.

I have a hard time with yoga but I did Tai Chi for awhile after my heart surgery last year. I really liked it and I plan on getting back into it. I think Yoga is way harder though. You definitely can't listen to metal when doing yoga. lol
