Hello - Im 51 yrs male and im half way through my first testosterone cycle after deciding to start TRT, wish id done this years back :)
Please can someone tell me what is the best way to shed fat and keep my gains?

3 years ago I got fat and diabetes type 2 so I did a 3 week protein shake fast and after my ketones maxed out I shed weight like crazy and after that I sorted myself out, but now im doing 500mg Sustanon per week until Jan1st then resting at 150mg for 3 months off cycle. I just dont want to loose my gains so I need to know if some other PED's can help etc. Thanks for any advice
