Chest-
Incline Press
60kg-15 reps
60kg-15 reps
80kg-8 reps+2 forced reps
Hammer strength seated press-
50kg-12 reps
90kg-10 reps+2 forced reps+2 negatives
Incline dumbbell flyes
30lbs-12 reps
55lbs-6 reps+2 forced reps
Biceps-
Incline dumbbell curl-
30lbs-12 reps
45lbs-8 reps+2 forced reps
Barbell curls-
45kg-10 reps+2 forced reps
and thats pretty much the end of my workout. had a massive pump at this point!
Chest-
Incline Press
