I have my first bodybuilding show in about 6 weeks.
I am currently over 260 and under 7% bf. I will be competing as a superheavy. Scared of the posing trunks.
I train on a 3/1 split currently. I do a myriad of things with my training. I mix up alot of things from heavy straight sets, extended sets, supersets, giants sets and drop sets while adding negatives, partials and static holds as well.
