I am not the strongest, but I wanted start a log anyways. I just got back in the gym after my "Christmas break".
I got in the gym a little late today and had to rush my workout since they closed at 6:00.
70sx5(had to rush and got hard)
I know they arent to impressive but I'm trying my best.
I just started a cycle of M-drol a week ago so hopefully I can get some good gains from that.
If yall have some advise on how to make my workouts better let me know.
Edit: and Napol3onator was my spotter. is that better will?
