Well i just got back from my leg workout. It went pretty well. I was at the point of failure after I was done. It was pretty intense.

Hey! nice shoulder work bro, on back day try to standing straight arm pullsdown for reps of 15 those will burn the lats.

Nice back session man, but it seems in your number on many excersise you sacrificed numbers for weight I would stay at a weight were you can fulfill the reps. get more out of the workout that way.

Arm Day

I did arms today. I dont have the exact workout but it was really good. I had an awesome pump in my arms after I got down.

All i did was just alot of curls for my bi's(DBs, preachers, cables). I did skull crushers and pushdown for my tri's. It was a really good workout.

Sunday I will have an update with my chest workout. Im done for the week and im taking the weekend off and will be back in the gym on Sunday.

sorry bro i was being lazy and didnt want to right downt he weights and reps and i cant remember what i did. i will have good updates sunday after my chest workout. i will even right down my arm workout next week too.

Ever thought of putting deads first? being able to lift much heavier weights recruits a much higher number of muscle-fibres. Good session otherwise. :xyxthumbs:

the lighting really sucked in these pics. i figured out after we finishing taking the pictures that the flash was actually making the pictures look worse. we were going to take more but the gym was closing

my MM is my best pose IMO. none of them are really that good though

i fixed it but the words for the pic was under it not above it but know the words are above it
