I've tried a couple of pre-workout things and most of them are kinda useless. I do take a whey isolate and creatine shake just before hand as well.
Not a fan of popping a heap of caffeine on a regular basis. I already drink a lot of tea (public servant, it's in the job description). Can't leave myself dependant on the caffeine in the long term.
